Send your flight number, date, airport, arrival or departure direction and adult and child counts as early as possible. Cutoff times vary by airport and package. Contact an advisor first for close-in bookings.

Prepare passenger names, flight details, contact information, child ages and baggage count. If your package requires passport or nationality information, submit it through the booking process for eligibility checks.

Child and infant age bands, fares and seating arrangements differ by package. Declare the ages of all accompanying children and check the booking page or advisor; do not assume free admission.

Keep your order number and promptly notify your advisor of the updated flight details. The team will coordinate the next steps; changes and any charges depend on package terms and supplier confirmation.

The current airport-service rule deducts 50% of the amount paid and refunds the remaining 50% for refund requests within 24 hours before the scheduled service time, including exactly 24 hours. Other timings and special circumstances follow the terms shown and agreed before payment.
