Choose the assistance you need
VIP concierge assistance focuses on meeting and guiding travellers through the airport. Check the selected package for Fast Track, porter assistance, lounge access and onward transfers: these are not automatically included.
Domestic flights do not involve immigration Fast Track. Chiang Mai porter and lounge services may be separate products; confirm baggage count, flight direction and coverage.

These are journey outlines. The sequence, meeting point and escort endpoint depend on the airport route and booking confirmation. Not every package includes every step.

Prices depend on the airport, flight direction, date, time, party size and optional extras. Check a quote in the booking page and review the currency, child fares and any night or baggage charges before paying.

Before you book
How far ahead should I book?
Send your flight number, date, airport, arrival or departure direction and adult and child counts as early as possible. Cutoff times vary by airport and package. Contact an advisor first for close-in bookings.
What information is required?
Prepare passenger names, flight details, contact information, child ages and baggage count. If your package requires passport or nationality information, submit it through the booking process for eligibility checks.
How are children charged?
Child and infant age bands, fares and seating arrangements differ by package. Declare the ages of all accompanying children and check the booking page or advisor; do not assume free admission.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Keep your order number and promptly notify your advisor of the updated flight details. The team will coordinate the next steps; changes and any charges depend on package terms and supplier confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
The current airport-service rule deducts 50% of the amount paid and refunds the remaining 50% for refund requests within 24 hours before the scheduled service time, including exactly 24 hours. Other timings and special circumstances follow the terms shown and agreed before payment.
Is Fast Track available to every nationality?
Check nationality, visa, flight and package eligibility before paying. The service does not replace visa requirements, immigration review or customs checks, and does not guarantee admission or a fixed clearance time.
Are a buggy, porter, lounge and transfer included?
These are separate services. A VIP or Fast Track name does not establish inclusion. Review each package; a BKK buggy and hotel transport require their own confirmation.
